Actual Salary Term time only- plus one week- £ 24,463, -£27,316

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Manager with a resilient ‘can do’ attitude and a calm and proactive approach who would like to join our Pastoral Support Team. 

The postholder will be working across our Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and ensuring good order and routine outside of class and investigating incidents of poor behaviour

The successful candidate will have an understanding of complex Social, Emotional and Health needs and a passion for supporting students to succeed.
